Workspace Settings

A Workspace Admin controls which DRP modules are active across the workspace's projects and DRPs. The Active Modules table shows each module's description and a Core/Premium/Add-on tier pill alongside its name. A module's name, its key and its "editable" state are set in Requio's own platform module catalog and cannot be changed from this page.

Workspace Settings is also where a Workspace Admin switches the workspace between Requio-managed AI access and Bring Your Own AI Key (BYOK), and enters or rotates a Gemini key. See the Bring Your Own AI Key (BYOK) guide topic for the full detail on how this works and what it requires.

Workspace Settings also shows your current plan, seat count, and any add-on modules you've purchased. From here you can cancel or resume your plan or an individual add-on, and open the Stripe billing portal to update your payment method or view invoices.

Workspace Settings covers workspace-wide concerns — module configuration and billing — so it's restricted to the Workspace Admin (and Requio platform admins). A Lead Analyst who is not also a Workspace Admin will not see it. Personal settings like email preferences and your password live on the My Account page instead, which every role can reach from the navbar.
