My Account

Manage your personal email preferences, the address you sign in with, and your password — available to every user, regardless of role.

Email subscriptions

Every user has their own email preferences and manages them from the Account page, reachable from the navbar for every role.

  • Getting started — help finding your way around, sent after you register or after somebody adds you to a workspace.
  • Your plan — what your plan includes, and what changes when it does.
  • Weekly summary — what moved in your workspace, once a week.
  • Newsletter — product news and updates from Requio, off by default.

Each toggle saves immediately — there's no separate save step. Turning a toggle off stops that category of email; it doesn't affect password-reset, verification, or other account-critical emails, which always send regardless of these preferences.

Two kinds of email deliberately have no toggle. Notices about your own work send because a colleague is depending on you, so they are not a preference — for example: you have been added as a reviewer, somebody is asking you to review part of a pack, a review is waiting on you, a pack you own is being held up, a review you were part of has been taken off your queue (you were removed from it, it was handed to someone else, or it was finished by override — these say you need do nothing), or a review you had started was cancelled because its review level changed. Nor are messages about getting into your account, such as an unverified email address. Both still carry an unsubscribe link if you genuinely want none of them, but they are not offered alongside marketing preferences.

Changing your email address

The Email address card on the Account page shows the address you currently sign in with. Only a Workspace Admin can change the address somebody signs in with — their own, from here, or anybody's, from the Users page.

  1. 1Enter the new address and your current password, then press "Send confirmation". The password is asked for so that nobody who finds your screen unlocked can move your account to their own address.
  2. 2Requio emails a confirmation link to the new address, and lets your current address know a change was asked for.
  3. 3Open the link from the new address. Only then does the change happen; until you do, you carry on signing in with the old one, so a mistyped address cannot lock you out.

While a change is waiting, the card says "Waiting for confirmation" and names the new address. "Cancel this change" withdraws it.

Everyone else sees the names and addresses of the workspace's Workspace Admins instead, so they know who to ask. If there is no active Workspace Admin, it points you to Support.

Changing your password

Enter your current password plus a new one (at least 8 characters) and confirm it — the change takes effect immediately, and you'll use the new password next time you sign in.

Forgotten your current password entirely? Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page instead — that flow doesn't need you to already be logged in.
