AI Suggestions

From any DRP module, click "Get AI Suggestions" to have Requio draft or improve that module's content. You don't need to write anything first — AI can draft a module from scratch, or refine what's already there. The suggestion appears as a card you review before anything changes — click Insert (or Apply, on structured modules) to accept it, or ignore it and keep writing yourself. Nothing is written back automatically.

A suggestion isn't generated from the module's own content alone — it's grounded in the rest of the DRP too. For example, a Traceability Matrix suggestion references the real IDs of the requirements linked to this DRP rather than inventing plausible-looking ones, and most other modules are told to reference related content by name (e.g. "see the RAID Log") instead of quietly re-drafting it themselves — so, say, a Solution Scope draft won't restate a risk that's already recorded properly in the RAID Log.

AI suggestions are far more relevant when they have context to work from. Add documents and guidance to your project's AI Knowledgebase — preferred terminology, banned terms, style notes, and business rules — and Requio will reference them automatically when generating suggestions for any DRP in that project.
