Sharing DRPs

Share a DRP version with stakeholders or delivery teams outside Requio via a secure, passphrase-protected link.

What recipients see

The share page mirrors the shared version's content, including its process maps and branding, and supports comments from external reviewers so feedback can flow back into the review process (while the version is still Draft, In Review or Awaiting Approval). It also shows the sign-off record saved with that version — who reviewed and approved each part, and when — and an approved version that was approved by override says so, with the reason, rather than looking like an ordinary approval.

AI Executive Summary

Every share page opens with an AI-generated executive summary, giving recipients a fast, plain-language overview before they read the full DRP. When a reviewer's name and role are known, the summary is written specifically for them — highlighting what matters most to that role, such as what needs approval, what's outstanding, or what to review closely. Otherwise it gives a general business-focused overview of the project's objectives and key requirements.
