Subscription & Billing
How plans, seats, and billing work — and how to change any of them without losing your workspace configuration.
Plans and seats
Requio is priced per seat, per plan tier. Free, Standard, and Pro are self-serve; Enterprise is contact-us only. Each tier has its own limits on projects, DRPs, and seats.
Changing your plan or seat count
From the upgrade page, you can change plan tier, seat count, or both. If you're already on a paid plan, the change is applied directly to your existing subscription — prorated for the rest of the current billing period — rather than starting a new one.
A free-plan workspace's first paid subscription is set up through Stripe Checkout, which securely collects a payment method.
Only a Workspace Admin can change the plan or seats. Anyone else can open the upgrade page to see what each plan includes, but where the buttons would be it says "Ask your Workspace Admin".
Moving to a smaller plan
A lower plan is offered on the upgrade page as "Move down to …" — for example "Move down to Standard" when you are on Pro. Before anything changes, Requio shows what you would give up, in sections:
- Modules you'll lose — the modules the smaller plan does not include. Their content is kept, but they become locked: see "Module access and your plan" in the DRPs topic.
- Features you'll lose — for example sharing, quality checks or your own AI key, where the smaller plan lacks them.
- Seats — how many people the smaller plan allows.
"Move down" confirms it and "Keep my plan" backs out. The change takes effect straight away, and your next invoice is credited for the unused part of your current month or year.
You cannot move to a plan with fewer seats than you have active people. Requio says how many to deactivate first — for example "The Standard plan supports a maximum of 10 people, and this workspace has 12 active. Remove 2 before moving down."
Cancelling
Cancelling a plan or add-on takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. A pending cancellation can be undone from Workspace Settings at any time before it takes effect.
