Glossary
A centralised glossary of terms, acronyms, and definitions. Reduces ambiguity and ensures a shared language.
AI in this module
How AI suggestions work
Click "Get AI Suggestions" to have the AI draft or improve the glossary in one pass. This module's AI generation is grounded in your workspace's Reference Data terminology (canonical terms and their aliases) as well as the DRP's own content and any AI Knowledgebase documents — so terms you've already defined in Reference Data are the preferred basis for entries here, not reinvented.
Maintaining terminology in Reference Data (rather than only here) means it's reused consistently across every DRP in the workspace, not just this one.
Quality checks
What "Check Quality" looks for here
No duplicate or circular entries. Flags near-duplicate terms and definitions that just reuse the term itself instead of explaining it.
Genuinely useful definitions. Flags a definition too generic to actually help a reader unfamiliar with this project.
What it captures
A centralised list of terms, acronyms, and definitions used elsewhere in the DRP.
Using this module
This module is a single table: one row per term, with its Definition.
- 1Use "+ Add row" to add a term, and the ✕ on a row to remove one.
- 2Add project- or client-specific terminology here — it also helps the AI use consistent language when drafting other modules.
Review and approval
Reviewed as a whole, when its review level is Module-level: its reviewers and approver cover the entire glossary table, assigned from the project's Modules tab, or overridden on this DRP's Review Assignments tab. Once submitted it is read-only; to change it, press "Reopen to edit", which cancels the round and returns it to In progress.
Tips
- "Export CSV", at the top of the page, downloads this table as a spreadsheet file — handy for sharing it with someone who works in Excel.
- Add project- or client-specific terminology here and it will also help the AI use consistent language when drafting other modules.
